My name is Heidi Sang, I'm an international student from Kenya pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Trent University. I have a strong passion for mental health and promoting people to feel good about themselves and help them get the support they need. I'm currently part of a lab at Trent University that does research on emotion and health; I hope to use that experience, as well as my undergraduate learning in psychology, to help me improve people's well-being. My goal is to one day be a psychotherapist and to make a long-lasting impact on people's lives. I'm thrilled to be part of this team and provide support to the clinic in terms of completing new client intakes, ensuring the team has what they need behind the scenes, and contributing to making an inclusive welcoming space at the clinic.
